Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead influencer outreach and partnerships, driving business growth through strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Identification: Search for and recruit influencers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with our brand values and aesthetics.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with influencers to produce high-quality content showcasing our products and benefits.
  • Shopify Management: Manage collaborations, gifting, and commissions through Shopify, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Audience Engagement: Work closely with the social media team to monitor and respond to comments, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key metrics such as engagement and reach to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in influencer outreach and partnership development.
  • Familiarity with Shopify processes, including collaborations, shipments, gifting, and commissions.
  • Knowledge of platform partnerships, such as Impact.com, is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Passion for skincare and beauty trends.
