Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations in the barbershop, preparing and setting up schedules for our barbers, monitoring stock levels, and making timely requests for replenishment.


The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities



  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure seamless operations in the barbershop by efficiently handling scheduled customers and walk-ins.
  • Schedule Management: Prepare and set up schedules for our barbers, taking into account their availability and workload.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and make timely requests for replenishment to avoid stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience at our barbershop.
  • Reporting and Administration: Submit reports and update relevant sheets to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Retail Services Manager to serve customer needs, stay up-to-date with market trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.


Requirements


To be successful as a Front Desk Coordinator, you will need:



  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including Microsoft Office and other software applications.
