Job Summary

The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a positive first impression of our company by greeting and welcoming guests in a professional manner. They will also be responsible for answering phone calls, managing the reception area, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Greeting and Welcoming Guests: The Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for visitors to our office. They will need to be friendly, approachable, and able to provide a positive welcome to our guests.
  2. Answering Phone Calls: The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for answering phone calls in a professional manner, taking messages, and forwarding calls to the relevant staff members.
  3. Managing the Reception Area: The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the tidiness and presentability of the reception area, including restocking supplies, cleaning, and organizing the space.
