Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Officer to join our team at Antara Corporation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a strong ability to work systematically.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and internal stakeholders
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Requirements:
- Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a receptionist or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
