Job Description

The Music Barracks is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Admin Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming inquiries and messages from students and parents.
  • Coordinate music class scheduling and provide real-time support for booking appointments.
  • Ensure music rooms are prepared for each lesson, with instruments and materials set up as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports and payroll documentation.
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies, including content creation and engagement with followers.
  • Handle all school-related inquiries through various channels.

Requirements:

  • College graduate or undergraduate with strong computer skills, especially typing, and proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Prior administrative and customer service experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable communicating in Tagalog and English.

Work Schedule and Benefits:

  • Work Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday, 10 AM - 8 PM.
