Job Title: Front Desk Admin

Are you a highly organized and customer-focused individual looking for a challenging role in a dynamic company? We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Admin to join our team at Outsourced Quality Assured Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk, ensuring excellent customer service to guests, clients, and employees.
  • Manage incoming calls, documents, and emails, and respond to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, and maintain a calendar to ensure seamless scheduling.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documents, and ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Monitor building security and access control, and perform other general office administration tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of business and government legalities.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time office-based position, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime or flexibility in working hours required.
