Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our team at Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Process transactions and handle cash, credit card payments, and other financial transactions
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and transaction history
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant booking systems, such as OpenTable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- High school diploma or equivalent required
