Job Title: Senior Lead Generation Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lead Generation Manager to drive online lead generation through traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, including TV, radio, podcasting, influencer marketing, and social media.

This is a hands-on role focused on identifying, testing, and optimizing new campaigns to expand reach into untapped markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Launching and managing lead generation campaigns in various marketing channels.
  • Continuously testing new marketing channels and analyzing data to refine strategies.
  • Developing and executing innovative, growth-focused marketing plans.
  • Optimizing campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Working cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
