- Lead, manage, and mentor team managers, supervisors, and support staff
- Drive performance to meet SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations
- Develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation for optimal productivity
- Foster a high-performance culture that emphasizes accountability, continuous improvement, and employee development
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed
- Serve as a key point of contact for client communications, escalations, and business reviews
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- Coordinate with recruitment, training, quality, and workforce teams for seamless operations
- Lead operational transitions, process migrations, and onboarding of new accounts
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- 7+ years of experience in BPO, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial capacity
- Strong understanding of call center metrics, processes, and client management
- Proven track record of managing large teams and delivering business results
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in performance management tools, CRM, and reporting systems
