
Ambitious Lead Generation Specialist

This job posting is for a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a Lead Generator and Appointment Setter.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, booking appointments for our sales team, maintaining CRM data, following up with prospects, and contributing new ideas for lead generation.
This role involves utilizing various tools such as Google Maps to source and categorize leads, maintain and update the database, identify and qualify leads (hot, warm, cold), send relevant information to leads as required, collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure alignment and track progress, contribute ideas and strategies to improve lead generation efforts, and support email marketing campaigns by entering leads and tracking responses.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can work independently and stay self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A creative mindset and willingness to try new lead generation approaches are essential for this role.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or telesales
- Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools is preferred
- A creative mindset and willingness to try new lead generation approaches
