Global Lead Generation Strategist

This is a pivotal role that oversees the development and execution of a comprehensive global lead generation strategy, focusing on strategic partnerships with mission-aligned nonprofits and social impact organizations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs), set ambitious performance targets, and drive the creation of a strategic roadmap for scalable and sustainable lead generation growth.
  • Own and execute the global supply-side lead generation strategy, prioritizing nonprofit partnerships and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Design, implement, and maintain efficient, automated systems for lead sourcing, qualification, and conversion, guaranteeing end-to-end data integrity and compliance across all regions.
  • Leverage CRM platforms, AI tools, and automation solutions to streamline workflows, minimize manual effort, and enhance targeting efficiency.
  • Oversee the vetting process to ensure prospective partners are legitimate, compliant with global standards, and free from fraud.
  • Develop standardized vetting frameworks and continuously improve them in response to regulatory and market changes.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making by creating performance dashboards, conducting root-cause analysis of pipeline metrics, and delivering actionable insights to optimize conversion rates and team efficiency.
  • Perform hands-on lead generation activities, including research, outreach, and pipeline management as needed.
  • Lead and develop a global supply lead generation team and, as required, oversee contractors, providing mentorship and upskilling team members in best practices for lead generation and compliance.
