We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry and be able to identify potential leads, develop outreach strategies, and qualify them for sales teams.

  • Researching and identifying potential leads within the construction industry
  • Developing and executing outreach strategies via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for sales teams
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate prospect data
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with the sales team to refine lead generation processes
  • Tracking and reporting key metrics related to lead conversion rates
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in lead generation

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least 1-year of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is an advantage
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Tech-savviness
  • A proactive attitude
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift
