
MDM/UEM Technical Support Specialist

This is a remote, full-time opportunity to work on challenging technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and QA.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide advanced (L2/L3) support for global customers on MDM/UEM platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently using tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, Salesforce.
- Escalate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product-related matters.
- Develop knowledge base articles and training materials to enhance team knowledge and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and share expertise to improve overall team performance.
- 5+ years in technical support (enterprise software/SaaS).
- Strong experience with VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, or IBM MaaS360.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and Agile methodologies.
This role involves working as a subject matter expert to deliver exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for identifying and resolving complex technical issues, escalating when necessary, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
