Overview

Technical Support Engineer – MDM/UEM. Full-time role with a leading client in enterprise software and endpoint management. The role involves providing high-quality L2/L3 technical support for global customers using MDM/UEM solutions and collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues on MDM/UEM platforms (Intune, Workspace ONE, MobileIron, MaaS360, etc.).
  • Provide technical support across L2/L3 tiers within defined SLAs.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams for escalations and fixes.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Handle customer escalations with professionalism and urgency.
  • Contribute to process improvement and best practices within the support team.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4–8 years of technical support experience (enterprise SaaS preferred).
  • Strong expertise in MDM/UEM technologies.
  • Proficiency with support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in MDM/UEM platforms.
  • ITIL or equivalent service management certification.
  • Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
