Technical Support Engineer – MDM/UEM. Full-time role with a leading client in enterprise software and endpoint management. The role involves providing high-quality L2/L3 technical support for global customers using MDM/UEM solutions and collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues on MDM/UEM platforms (Intune, Workspace ONE, MobileIron, MaaS360, etc.).
- Provide technical support across L2/L3 tiers within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams for escalations and fixes.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting documentation.
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism and urgency.
- Contribute to process improvement and best practices within the support team.
- 4–8 years of technical support experience (enterprise SaaS preferred).
- Strong expertise in MDM/UEM technologies.
- Proficiency with support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or Salesforce.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer management abilities.
- Certifications in MDM/UEM platforms.
- ITIL or equivalent service management certification.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
