Job Description Description

We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual MDM Specialist to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our Master Data Management processes, ensuring data quality, and facilitating effective communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) processes and systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements.
  • Perform data cleansing and enrichment activities to improve data quality.
  • Assist in the implementation of MDM tools and technologies.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on MDM practices and systems.
Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-10 years of experience in Master Data Management or related field.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (bilingual communication is essential).
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
  • Experience with MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or similar.
  • Analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
