Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our global support team as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. This role will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to customers worldwide on mobile device management (MDM) and unified endpoint management (UEM) platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert-level support to clients using MDM/UEM platforms, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complex technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical problems efficiently, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge base articles and training materials to enhance the team's capabilities.
  • Mentor junior engineers, sharing best practices and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
  • Effectively handle escalations, demonstrating professionalism and urgency in all interactions.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in technical support, specifically in enterprise software or SaaS environments.
  • Substantial experience working with VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, or IBM MaaS360 is essential.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and communication skills are required to excel in this role.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, and Salesforce is a significant advantage.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment is crucial for success.
