Job Overview

The Global CRM Support Specialist will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to internal and external clients, ensuring optimal service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical CRM Support: Provide basic level support for all services with expertise in GC/GPO, GEMS, General Customer Support, MDM, and other assigned services
  • General Support of BSD Processes and Services: Support all other BSD services with basic or CRM Assistant level expertise, including GC/GP, GEMS, Incident Support, and MDM
  • Operational SLA Compliance, Reporting, and Metrics: Comply with operational SLAs, achieve KPIs, and meet customer expectations
  • C-SAT (Customer Satisfaction) and NPS (Net Promoter Score): Achieve customer satisfaction and net promoter score goals, comply with SS Customer Service policy, and attend customer service training sessions
  • Project Support and AD-hoc Duties: Provide support for out-of-scope services, project manage, and develop solutions and recommendations

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Global BSD Lead for SSC and BSD team members to achieve group and individual objectives.

Work Schedule: The successful candidate will start their shift at 3:00 AM -12:00pm Manila time.
