Helpdesk Support Specialist

  • We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • They will also install and configure hardware and software applications, as well as monitor and maintain Cartrack application and systems to ensure their smooth functioning.
  • In addition, they will collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain IT projects, document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs, provide technical support for any IT related matters or issue, and train users on the use of Cartrack applications and hardware.
  • The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication/Automotive Engineering or related discipline and at least 2 years of related experience.
  • They must also be proficient in written and spoken English to handle customer queries, have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication/Automotive Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of related experience.
