Job Opportunity

We are seeking a technical professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance to colleagues, and participating in the creation of support documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues using problem-solving skills and knowledge of technical tools and software.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and provide timely customer service.
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of support documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to customers and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical support and customer-centric environment.
  • Cybersecurity experience is essential.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Technical proficiency in Cloud/SaaS applications, Windows, desktop applications, networking, security, and web applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO20000 (desired).
  • ITIL 4 Foundation level Certified (desired).
  • Linux (desired).
  • Scripting (enough to read logs and interpret syntax).
