About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance and customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and resolution to client-facing applications and system issues
  • Design and maintain expertise in application process flows and related systems
  • Administer and resolve application issues, provide updates, and perform root cause analysis
  • Maintain professional relationships with engineering and customer support departments
  • Perform technical root cause assessments, debug server domain issues, and ensure application availability
  • Coordinate with development teams for releases and deployments to various environments and production outputs (Change Management)
  • Support identification and documentation of all issues and solutions
  • Manage production systems, recommend performance optimization, and resolve problems
  • Identify and implement workarounds or resolutions based on technical documents and Level 3-4 recommendations
  • Foster ITSM processes and practices in delivery and meeting KPIs and SLAs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree-level qualification in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • Fluent English language proficiency
  • Knowledge and experience of administering or using Microsoft IIS
  • Database technology knowledge, specifically Microsoft SQL Server, with working fluency in SQL
  • Complex problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills, and customer focus
  • Ability to learn employer-specific software quickly and adapt to changing technologies
