We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our customers. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, documenting cases, and contributing to knowledge base entries.

">Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for all White Rodgers products.
  • Handle inbound calls with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Document cases in Salesforce and contribute to knowledgebase entries.
  • Provide appropriate solutions to client inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong electrical and mechanical engineering background, and experience in customer support/help desk environment. They must also possess the ability to analyze issues, drive results, foster teamwork, and build relationships.

">Requirements:
  • Average to above average electrical and mechanical engineering background.
  • Experience in customer support/help desk environment (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to assume cross-trained functions in the event of low utilization and backup functions in case of skills or capacity constraints.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with shifting demands, perform release testing of client scenarios prior to new product releases, and deliver in-depth support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase.

">Work Environment:
  • Willingness to work on shifting operations which may include weekends with scheduled days off to support the assigned business and customers.
