Job Summary

Technical Support Specialist - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients and internal teams.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues and will work closely with our development team to resolve complex problems. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all technical support requests and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical support or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
