Technical Support Professional

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a skilled technical support professional.

  • You will be responsible for performing all actions included in a clinic visit and online and on-site troubleshooting, according to the service contract requirements, company policies, and KONE processes.
  • As a technical support professional, you will interact with internal customers, supervisors, area service managers, head of service operations, and THD team leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal customer relationship management: Understand customer impact and usage of priority equipment, prioritize troubleshooting supports for SerOps, ensure end-user safety, and comply with company policies on safety and health.
  • Safe working practices: Perform operations according to maintenance instructions and safety instructions, refer to applicable KONE documents and manuals, and maintain safe working environments.
  • Clinica visit execution: Ensure direct impact on call-out rates, fill clinica assessment reports, and provide accurate feedback on root causes of call-outs.
  • Time sheet submission: Submit timely time sheets based on execution.
  • Leave of absence process: Comply with KONE policies on leave of absence application process.
  • Service tooling and instruments: Maintain and keep service tooling, instruments, etc., in good condition.
  • Ongoing improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvement of products, methods, and safety by providing feedback to SerOps organization.
