Job Overview
The Customer Growth Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth by creating and executing customer plans that meet business objectives.
- Identify and develop opportunities to support key customers, building strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute commercial and operational plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and track performance metrics to measure progress against established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and distribution excellence.
- Lead the order-to-cash process and implement effective customer engagement strategies to drive loyalty and retention.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement corporate and customer category initiatives that drive business results.
