Role Overview

We're looking for a Partnerships Intern to join our team and play a hands-on role in managing and growing our partner ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who wants to experience how fintech partnerships actually work— from strategy and execution to on-ground activities.

What You'll Do

  • Support day-to-day partnership initiatives, from planning to execution.
  • Assist in projects designed to increase GMV and customer adoption.
  • Help organize, manage, and execute partner events and activations.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal and external use.
  • Join partner meetings, take notes, and follow up on key action items.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials (including basic graphic design).
  • Conduct research on potential partners, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Help coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to deliver on partner projects.
  • Track and monitor partnership performance, making recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university program in Economics, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Able to report on-site in Makati at least once or twice a week.
  • Comfortable with basic marketing and graphic design tasks.
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Interested in fintech, partnerships, and innovation in financial services.
