Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English language.
  • At least 1-2 years related experience in customer service handling/support in Shipping and Logistics Industry, BPO Industry or from other industries using Spanish Language.
  • Open to those who had Spanish Language Training/Class.
  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate.
  • College undergraduates can be considered.
  • MS Office Proficient.
  • Amenable and highly flexible to work on a permanent nightshift schedule.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid/RTO work setup.
  • Highly adaptable to new processes and a team player.
