Job Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English language.
- At least 1-2 years related experience in customer service handling/support in Shipping and Logistics Industry, BPO Industry or from other industries using Spanish Language.
- Open to those who had Spanish Language Training/Class.
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate.
- College undergraduates can be considered.
- MS Office Proficient.
- Amenable and highly flexible to work on a permanent nightshift schedule.
- Willing to work in a hybrid/RTO work setup.
- Highly adaptable to new processes and a team player.
