Customer Service Operations Manager

Insight Technology is seeking a Customer Service Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our customer service team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you will be accountable for correct and accurate order processing, researching technical information on product requests, and preparing, managing, and submitting sales quotes accurately into the appropriate quote entry system.
With a strong background in customer service, pricing models, supply chain, order management, logistics, and sales life cycle, you will bring valuable expertise to our team. We're looking for someone who can communicate effectively, think critically, and work collaboratively to achieve results.
