Client Advocate

As a seasoned Client Advocate at your organization, you will oversee a portfolio of small to mid-market clients, driving product adoption, renewals, and revenue growth through strategic guidance and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of around 30–100 small to mid-market customers to drive adoption, lead renewal negotiations, and meet growth goals.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with client accounts, providing a high-caliber experience and creating promoters.
  • Analyze user engagement data, identify actionable insights, and report regularly on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead annual or semi-annual business reviews with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor to drive continued value of our products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree relevant to the position
  • Two or more years of professional experience in a sales or client management style position
  • Proven history managing a portfolio of similar-sized clients
  • Technical proficiency on software-as-a-service (SaaS) products
