Account Manager Role

At our company, we drive accelerated growth for high-impact businesses through precision outreach and strategic campaigns. As an Account Manager, you'll serve as the operational cornerstone for your portfolio of accounts, ensuring seamless campaign execution and exceptional deliverable quality.

This role balances strategic oversight with tactical execution. While not primarily client-facing, you'll create materials that directly impact client perception, manage asynchronous client communications, and participate in strategic meetings to provide campaign updates and performance context.

Campaign Execution
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize multi-channel LinkedIn and email campaigns using automation tools
  • Collaborate on comprehensive go-to-market strategy development and campaign architecture
  • Develop and refine high-converting outreach messaging including connection requests, follow-up sequences, and email cadences
Data Management & CRM Operations
  • Maintain comprehensive contact tagging, activity logging, and lead progression tracking within CRM systems
  • Manage appointment coordination and data integrity across all client touchpoints
Performance Analytics & Reporting
  • Generate comprehensive daily end-of-day reports featuring key metrics and strategic recommendations
  • Partner with the AI operations team on automated monthly and weekly client reporting processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Facilitate daily coordination with SDRs, Campaign Managers, and AI specialists through project management platforms
  • Ensure alignment on lead sourcing requirements and campaign preparation timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B outbound copywriting with proven conversion rate improvements
  • Exceptional English writing and editing capabilities with strong understanding of tone, voice, and brand consistency
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B companies
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign metrics and recommending data-driven optimizations
