
Strategic Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Cross-Functional Partner to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.
Your key responsibilities will include understanding client goals and helping them get the most out of our platform's features, managing the renewal process, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Requirements:- Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success (preferably SaaS/tech)
- Startup background is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess customer interactions
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Experience using CRM and customer success platforms
