Business Opportunity

The Business Developer will identify and qualify potential clients in target markets by conducting ongoing market and industry research to uncover trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Provide responsive service as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
  • Track, identify, and add qualified leads to the sales pipeline.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract finalization.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
  • Report on proposal status and key metrics regularly.
Proposal & Contract Management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored service proposals.
  • Work with pricing departments to create competitive rate proposals.
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate key terms internally.
  • Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed according to agreement.
Business Strategy & Support
  • Analyze customer and competitor data to inform business strategy.
  • Deliver presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand service offerings and market presence.
  • Implement internal business development processes and policies supporting operational excellence and scalability.

Requirements include demonstrated success in closing deals and managing client accounts, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented results-driven environment, and proficiency with CRM platforms, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Successful candidates must be able to gather and analyze data, make informed decisions, and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
