Strategic Partnership ManagerJob Overview:
The primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for clients and their offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop deep, strategic partnerships with clients by understanding their business goals and proactively delivering solutions that drive measurable results.
- Partner with clients to maximise offshore team performance through coaching, clear performance frameworks, and engagement strategies.
- Support clients in the growth and development of their offshore teams through performance management and training & development programs.
- Continuously monitor relationship and performance indicators to identify risks early and lead resolution strategies.
- Design and implement initiatives that foster positive workplace cultures and help teams stay engaged and aligned with client outcomes and team retention.
- Grow and retain monthly recurring revenue (MRR) of the account by identifying and delivering value-adding opportunities.
- Improved retention of high-performing offshore staff driven by strong HR management, development programs, and positive workplace cultures.
- Achieve high client satisfaction scores by delivering exceptional quality service and operational success and strategic HR value.
This role involves strong relationship building, problem-solving, and contextual thinking skills.
You will work closely with clients and their offshore teams to build high-performing, remote teams confidently and strategically.
