
Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our team.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of sales, account management, and recruitment expertise.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a global portfolio of recruitment agencies, sourcing and signing new agents in strategic international markets, conducting business meetings and webinars with partners to drive applications, traveling to industry events and key markets to establish and strengthen relationships, monitoring agency performance and optimizing conversion rates, tracking activities, leads, and commissions using CRM tools, participating in weekly sales meetings, contributing ideas, and hitting KPIs, and providing occasional student counseling when required.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in any field, at least 3 years of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment, familiarity with CRM tools and data-informed decision making, strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts, and an organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:- Grow and maintain a global network of recruitment partners
- Develop and execute strategies to increase agent productivity and conversion rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management or international recruitment
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Zoho) and data-informed decision making
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English fluency required)
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and growing accounts
- Organized, analytical, and goal-oriented mindset
- Competitive salary range: PHP 25,000 – 30,000 (depending on experience)
