Business Development Professional

As a Business Development Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients across markets.

You will be responsible for creating and managing your own portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base by leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a new business pipeline by working with leads, social networks, and industry events.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives by effectively presenting and selling products/services to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and work towards expanding product/service offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential customers, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify emerging opportunities or potential risks.
Requirements:
  • At least 1+ years experience working as a Business Development Professional or similar role.
  • Proven track record in technical sales, preferably with experience selling SaaS products across regions.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (e.g., MEDDICC).
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Knowledge about Audiometry and clinical management process.
  • Experience in MedTech industry.
