Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a knack for driving sales and a passion for creative

marketing strategies.

  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing operations, often with a preference worked in a manpower agency.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to boost business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor behavior.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and market analysis.
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with Sales and Marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms are essential.

Ideal candidates have :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related course.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client relationships and team collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Applicants must be willing to work in San Pablo City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
