Job Opportunity: Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. This role plays a crucial part in creating and developing new business opportunities.

The primary responsibility of the Business Growth Specialist is to reach out to potential customers, initiate conversations, and identify their needs, qualify their interests, and set up meetings or appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify leads, set meetings, and schedule appointments between prospective customers and a sales representative
  • Research, identify, and create new market opportunities through targeted engagement with prospect accounts
  • Perform high-volume outreach, maintaining a high level of productivity through frequent calls and emails to prospective clients or candidates
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • Support Account Executives on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  • Maintain high professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients or potential clients
Requirements:
  • Has experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold calling in a B2B set-up
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and strategic in approach
