Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- New Business Development:
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets
- Develop and execute strategic plans to pursue new business opportunities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients
- Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management:
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with clients
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and deliver proposals and presentations
- Proposal & Contract Management:
- Work with internal teams to develop tailored service proposals and contracts
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate key terms to internal stakeholders
- Business Strategy & Support:
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business strategy
- Develop and implement internal business development processes and policies
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful business development and sales growth
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
