E-commerce Marketing Specialist Job Description

This role supports and grows our client's online sales channels across various platforms, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We optimize product listings on key e-commerce channels to ensure accuracy, SEO, and compelling content that resonates with customers.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns using a leading marketing automation platform to drive engagement, retention, and sales.
  • Analyze store performance data and campaign metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing strategies for improved ROI.
  • We coordinate promotions, product launches, and cross-channel marketing efforts to create a cohesive brand experience.
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
  • Stay informed about the latest e-commerce trends, best practices, and platform updates to enhance marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise managing multiple e-commerce platforms, including Walmart Marketplace and Shopify.
  • Advanced skills in email marketing automation, specifically Klaviyo, with proficiency in flows, segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • A solid understanding of e-commerce marketing principles, sales funnels, and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with Shopify's suite of marketing tools and integrations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
