We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hiring experiences for our clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry and experience recruiting top talent in Japan. You must be able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, while also staying up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to meet client hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Source and engage with high-caliber candidates, leveraging your expertise in Japanese talent acquisition.
  • Manage the candidate journey, ensuring seamless communication and professional interactions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
