  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including HR, Finance, and Marketing, to develop and execute effective recruitment campaigns that enhance our employer brand and reputation.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Leveraging advanced sourcing tools and technologies to streamline the recruitment process and improve candidate experience.
  2. Building and maintaining relationships with high-caliber candidates, understanding their needs, and providing guidance throughout the recruitment journey.
  3. Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and labor market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and optimize recruitment outcomes.
  4. Participating in regular meetings with senior stakeholders to discuss recruitment performance, provide insights, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

We are seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who possesses:

  • A minimum of five years of relevant recruitment experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and candidates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using advanced recruitment software and systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
