We're seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruitment, data analysis, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with experience in utilizing recruitment software, data reporting, and candidate engagement. They will be highly analytical and possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters and hiring managers.

As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, collaborating on recruitment projects, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. You will also participate in interview processes, contribute to candidate assessment, and help ensure a seamless hiring process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies. You will also need to be a continuous learner, with a willingness to adapt and evolve in a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team by participating in candidate sourcing and screening
  • Collaborate with the team on various recruitment projects and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and track progress
  • Participate in interview processes and contribute to candidate assessment
  • Assist in creating and implementing workforce planning strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, including data analysis and recruitment support
  • Proficiencies in utilizing recruitment software, data reporting, and candidate engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers
