Recruitment Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager & Team Lead to oversee our talent acquisition team and drive the full-cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for setting strategic direction, managing end-to-end hiring, and mentoring a team of recruiters to attract top talent aligned with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategies based on workforce planning and market trends.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and continuous development.
  • Set clear KPIs for the team and track metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Process Improvement & Employer Branding

  • Evaluate and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, candidate experience, and compliance.
  • Implement tools and technology to improve recruiting workflows.
  • Promote the organization's employer brand through creative sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic input.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalated candidate concerns or complex hiring needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of filling critical roles quickly with high-quality candidates.
  • Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
