We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Distribution Territory Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor relationships, and expanding market presence within an assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of working experience in the petroleum/lubricant sales industry and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distribution networks is essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to maximize market share
  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
