SUMMARY

To lead and oversee the sales operations within an assigned region. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in managing medical representatives and expertise in the medical aesthetics and dermatology industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, building relationships with key clients, coaching and mentoring sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of revenue targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets for medical aesthetics and dermatology products.
    • Monitor sales performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  2. Team Leadership and Management:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of medical representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Set individual and team sales targets and provide regular feedback to ensure accountability and success.
    • Conduct regular field visits to coach and support medical representatives in their roles.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and other healthcare professionals in the territory.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using the company's products.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  4. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory and ethical guidelines specific to the medical aesthetics and dermatology sectors.
    • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient distribution within the territory.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
    • Provide market feedback to inform product improvements and future launches.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong understanding of medical aesthetics products such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxins, and skincare solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and negotiation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and data analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of the medical aesthetics and dermatology market, including key players and trends.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to compliance with industry regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (medical or pharmaceutical background is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Territorial Sales Manager or similar role.
  • At least 5+ years of experience managing medical representatives, preferably in the medical aesthetics or dermatology industry.

Willing to report to work in Greenhills, San Juan, when required.
