About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Colombia. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and fostering strong relationships with key clients in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers in the defined Territory.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to secure new customers for Sinclair Colombia's EBD portfolio.
- Creating and implementing a monthly operating rhythm within the Territory to ensure consistent performance tracking and reporting.
- Developing and improving selling skills and competencies through ongoing training and development programs.
- Planning and executing sales and promotion activities for Sinclair Colombia's EBD portfolio to achieve sales objectives in the Territory.
- Providing clinician training (workshops) on the proper use of Sinclair Colombia's EBD portfolio products.
- Attending relevant conferences and meetings to stay updated on industry developments and treatment applications of Sinclair's portfolio of products.
- Maintaining quality professional relationships with all customers within the Territory.
- Achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in the defined Territory.
- Collaborating with the Sales Manager to analyze and develop the Territory.
- Being responsible for monitoring, reporting, and communicating the Territory's performance to the Sales Manager on a monthly basis.
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to provide feedback on marketing materials and campaign impact in the Territory.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
