Sales Territory Manager

Job Description
The Territory Manager is responsible for planning, leading, supervising, executing, coordinating, and monitoring Sales & Distribution plans and programs of assigned territory within plant strategies and corporate parameters with the objective of achieving targets. Establish goodwill with customers and with the community.
Main Responsibilities
- Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Distribution: Ensure efficient distribution of products to customers.
- Marketing: Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Finance Resource and Cost Management: Manage financial resources and costs effectively to maximize profits.
Requirements
- College degree holder preferably in management or finance.
- Minimum 1-2 years sales management experience.
- Field sales management experience with minimum one (1) year in traditional trade/distributor or account management.
- Understands market dynamics for consumer goods and key financial indicators.
