Sales Territory Manager

The Qubel Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Territory Manager to drive retailer sales and manage accounts within an assigned territory.
This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, managing client relationships, overseeing receivables, and leading a sales team to meet business objectives.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts to ensure effective sales flow.
- Oversee the collection of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow and implement credit control measures to minimize risk.
- Execute promotional campaigns that drive demand and stimulate sales.
- Play a key role in finding and setting up a team of key account agents, ensuring they are productive, disciplined, and meeting their targets.
- Troubleshoot issues escalated to this role and identify potential growth opportunities to further grow the business.
