We are seeking an experienced Hotel Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Filinvest Group, a reputable hospitality enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the reservation functions, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery.

The Reservations Supervisor will manage the activities of reservations team members, providing exceptional customer service skills and achieving room revenue goals. They will work closely with the Reservations Manager to develop and train team members, maintaining high-quality standards and company policies.

• Customer Service: Provide value-added services to customers, exceeding expectations through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team Leadership: Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating and assisting colleagues as needed, acting as a main resource for reservation associates.
• Problem-Solving: Handle difficult situations effectively, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and quickly resolving customer issues.
• Adherence to Company Policies: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, adhering to employee handbook, disciplinary code, and rules and regulations.
• Maintenance and Hygiene: Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and adhere to specified hygiene and personal appearance standards.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Familiarity with hotel operations and procedures.

• Competitive salary range $40,000 - $60,000 per annum.
