We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Associate to join our team at Manpower Core Group Inc.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.

Job Description:

  • Assist the support team in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues before escalating them to engineers.
  • Handle complex support cases with ease and professionalism.
  • Review and edit documentation submitted by the customer success team or other support agents.
  • During peak season, assist with kick-off calls and diagnose defects to be reported to the development team.
  • Provide feedback on new features and ensure that customer needs are met.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have strong professional communication skills via phone, email, and chat. Effective writing should engage the reader and present ideas in a natural sequence, simplifying complex concepts. You should also possess troubleshooting and testing abilities, as well as a working knowledge of computer systems and software.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, you should be able to provide prompt and compassionate customer care. May require night/weekend shifts based on business needs.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
