Exceptional Customer Service Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent customer support specialist who can deliver outstanding service to our clients. As the primary point of contact, you will ensure that every interaction is prompt, clear, and helpful.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers via phone, live chat, and email.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills and provide solutions to customer inquiries.
- Deliver high-quality service in both English and French through various communication channels.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS BY PERSONALIZING EACH INTERACTION.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure consistent and high-quality service standards.
- Share customer feedback and insights to help improve processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Experience working remotely/online is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Familiarity with customer support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar software is a plus.
- Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
- Familiarity with E-commerce and CRM systems is an advantage.
